What is Success Brand?

Success Brand is a modern therapeutic platform designed to change the way people access and experience mental health care. We help individuals, couples, and families tackle life’s challenges by offering accessible, affordable, and culturally relevant mental health services—without the usual barriers.

 

We partner with multiple insurance plans in Georgia and Florida, and we also offer sliding-scale options to help make care more attainable. Our services are fully virtual, allowing you to connect with a licensed therapist using your phone, tablet, or computer—anytime, anywhere.

 

What sets us apart is innovation. In addition to traditional telehealth, we offer virtual reality–enhanced therapy, creating immersive experiences that support relaxation, emotional regulation, and deeper therapeutic engagement. If you don’t already have VR equipment, we can help you explore options to get connected.

 

At our core, Success Brand specializes in culturally responsive mental health care, with a strong focus on the needs of the Black community and the family unit. Whether you’re seeking support as an individual, navigating a relationship, or strengthening your family, our goal is simple: meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity, care, and confidence.

Who will be helping me?

Once you sign up, our team thoughtfully matches you with a licensed therapist who aligns with your goals, preferences, and the concerns you’d like to address. Each therapist at Success Brand brings their own approach, clinical expertise, and areas of focus—so finding the right fit matters.

 

Our matching process is designed to create strong, effective therapeutic connections, and in most cases, clients feel aligned right away. That said, therapy is personal. If at any point you feel your therapist isn’t the best fit, you can request to be matched with another clinician. Your comfort, trust, and progress are always the priority.

Is Success Brand right for me?

Success Brand may be a good fit if you’re looking to improve your quality of life and better manage the challenges that impact your mental and emotional well-being. If stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm are getting in the way of your happiness or goals, support can make a difference.

 

Our licensed therapists specialize in a wide range of areas, including stress and anxiety, relationships and couples work, parenting and family dynamics, depression, substance use, trauma, grief and loss, anger management, self-esteem, identity exploration (including LGBTQ+ experiences), faith and spirituality, sleep concerns, and more.

 

Whether you’re navigating something specific or simply want space to grow and feel more grounded, Success Brand offers thoughtful, culturally responsive care designed to meet you where you are.

Can virtual therapy at Success Brand replace in-person therapy?

The therapists at Success Brand are associate or fully licensed and credentialed professionals approved by their state licensing boards to provide therapy. For many clients, virtual therapy offers the same level of support, effectiveness, and clinical care as traditional in-person sessions—without the barriers of travel or scheduling.

 

That said, virtual therapy may not be the best fit for every situation. While our clinicians can provide therapy and, when clinically appropriate, diagnostic impressions within their scope of practice, they do not prescribe medication.

 

Our goal is to help you determine the level and type of care that best supports your well-being and to guide you toward the right resources when additional services are needed.

I signed up. How long until I’m matched with a therapist?

Once you’ve completed your sign-up, we typically match you with a therapist within a few days, depending on clinician availability and your specific preferences outlined in your assessment. Our team takes care to make thoughtful matches rather than rushed ones, so we appreciate your patience while we connect you with the right provider.

 

If additional information is needed to support the match, a member of our team will contact you directly. However, once we have completed your assessment, in most cases, your journey to wellness will begin in just a few days.

How will I communicate with my therapist?

Success Brand offers flexible ways to connect with your therapist so care fits into your life. Depending on your needs and availability, you can communicate through:

 

  • Secure messaging with your therapist

  • Live chat sessions

  • Phone sessions

  • Video therapy sessions

 

You’re free to use different communication options at different times, allowing you to choose what feels most comfortable and convenient while still receiving consistent, high-quality care.

How does messaging work?

Once you’re matched with a therapist, you can begin secure messaging right away. You’re welcome to share what’s going on in your life, ask questions, reflect on challenges, or talk through anything that feels important to you. Your therapist will review your messages and respond with thoughtful questions, feedback, insights, and clinical guidance.

 

You can send messages anytime, from anywhere, using any internet-connected device. Because messaging isn’t real-time, there’s no need to schedule—allowing you to write when it feels right for you. You’ll receive an email notification whenever your therapist responds, so you can stay connected while moving at your own pace.

How do live chat sessions work?

Live chat sessions allow you to have a real-time text conversation with your therapist, combining the ease of messaging with the immediacy of a live interaction. This option is ideal when you want instant feedback, clarification, or support without speaking on the phone or video.

 

To use live chat, you’ll schedule a session directly with your therapist. At the scheduled time, simply log in to your account and begin typing to chat with your therapist in real time.

How do live audio sessions work?

Live audio sessions allow you to speak with your therapist by phone, offering a convenient and private way to connect from wherever you are—using either a cell phone or computer.

 

To schedule an audio session, you’ll coordinate a time directly with your therapist. At the scheduled time, log in to your account and navigate to your session. Your therapist will prompt the session to begin. The system will securely connect you with your therapist.

How do live video sessions work?

Live video sessions allow you to meet with your therapist in a virtual face-to-face setting, similar to platforms like Zoom or FaceTime. This option offers a more personal connection while still providing the convenience of virtual care.

 

To participate in a video session, you’ll schedule a time with your therapist in advance. At the scheduled time, log in to your account, and your therapist will prompt the session to begin. Once you confirm, the video session will start immediately, allowing you and your therapist to see and speak with one another in real time.

How will I pay for my Success Brand services?

Payment options vary depending on whether you are using insurance or self-pay. Our team will review your options with you during the onboarding process to ensure transparency and clarity before services begin.

Does Success Brand accept insurance?

Success Brand works with select insurance carriers and continues to expand our network. As additional agreements are finalized, our website will be updated to reflect new accepted plans.

 

If your insurance is not currently accepted, self-pay options—including sliding-scale arrangements—remain available so you can still access high-quality care.

If Success Brand does not accept my insurance, can I seek reimbursement?

Insurance coverage and reimbursement policies vary by provider and plan. In many cases, reimbursement for therapy requires a mental health diagnosis and the submission of clinical documentation to your insurance company. This information may become part of your medical record.

 

It’s important to note that Success Brand’s self-pay rates are designed to be competitive and often comparable to typical insurance co-pays and coinsurance, offering a flexible and affordable alternative for many clients.

Will my therapist treat what I say as confidential?

Yes. All therapists at Success Brand are fully licensed by their respective state licensing boards, having completed the required education, training, examinations, and supervised practice. This means they are held to the same professional, ethical, and legal standards as therapists providing in-office care.

 

What you share with your therapist is treated as confidential and protected under state and federal laws. However, there are limited legal exceptions to confidentiality. For example, if there is a credible threat of serious harm to yourself or to an identifiable person, your therapist is legally required to take appropriate steps to ensure safety, which may include notifying relevant authorities.

 

We encourage you to discuss confidentiality and its limits with your therapist at the start of care so you feel fully informed and comfortable as you begin the therapeutic process.
